Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a difficult project due to the space constraints and what we were trying to accomplish, but Ken explained everything very thoroughly, no rush or pressure, took his time and educated us. Jason spent over an hour with us sketching out exactly where all everything would go to fit among a lot of other components. The guys who came out (I forget their names, sorry) were great. We went in ready to pay almost $400 for a new screen for our fireplace that we thought would solve our smoke problem. Enter Karen Hand who asked us what we were looking for and quickly suggested we get a smokeguard, which we never heard of, and had one in stock for $100. We. went home, easily installed it and, voila, no smoke! Thank you Karen and your cohort for assisting us.
